Job Title: Senior Fullstack Developer / Tech Lead
Employment Type: Permanent

We are looking for someone with relevant experience as a fullstack developer who wants to help us further strengthen our development department.

The IT department consists of 22 people divided between operations and development. We are a team that values people, enjoys an informal environment, and thrives with open communication. Short decision-making processes allow us to move quickly in projects.

In the coming period, we will hire more developers to strengthen our in-house development capacity - and here, you will have the opportunity to influence and contribute.

With us, you will work with technologies such as .Net/.Net Core, MVC, MS SQL, and React. We imagine you have experience with one or more of these areas. It is important to us that you have a genuine desire to grow professionally and are engaged in delivering a complete, high-quality end product.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical architect/tech lead, as well as a mentor and sparring partner in Microsoft (.Net/MVC) and React.
*

Develop APIs and integrations for our customers.
*

Develop new products and solutions in cross-functional teams, with a focus on customer value and internal process efficiency.
*

Maintain and further develop our self-service booking solutions.
*

Develop solutions to optimize internal processes.
*

Work with systems like CMS, CRM, BI, events, and finance/economy.
*

Explore new technologies and contribute to technical discussions within the team.
*

Take ownership of solution delivery to operations, ensuring security by design.
*

Stay ahead of future technologies and trends.

Desired Qualifications

*

Fullstack developer with broad and versatile experience across multiple disciplines (5-8 years of experience).
*

Experience with API design, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and GraphQL.
*

DevOps mindset, preferably experience with Azure DevOps as a management tool.
*

Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
