Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. Manages the Financial Performance (PnL) of the project Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Executes & monitors the execution of the project plan in meeting the organization’s goal for project schedule, budget, and quality expectation. Use metrics to monitor (EVM), analyze, and manage projects. Reports an accurate project status internally to management and relevant customer stakeholders.
