Defines strategy and justifies the entire plan for the project (work plan, team structure, team process, stakeholder involvement plan, configuration management plan, management plans, and the like).
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
Manages the Financial Performance (PnL) of the project
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
Executes & monitors the execution of the project plan in meeting the organization’s goal for project schedule, budget, and quality expectation. Use metrics to monitor (EVM), analyze, and manage projects.
Reports an accurate project status internally to management and relevant customer stakeholders.
Manage risk management, stakeholder management, client relationships, and expectations for the duration of the project.
