Nous recherchons actuellement pour notre bureau de Paris, Au sein du département Non-Vie & Sinistres, dans le cadre d'un Contrat à Durée Indéterminée, une personne très motivée pour assumer un poste administratif, gérer tous les aspects techniques et administratifs de l'équipe non-vie et soutenir le processus de souscription. **DESCRIPTIF DU POSTE** Administration Work + Accounting & Treasury - Prepare and submit the necessary documentation for accounting and treasury to headquarters on a monthly basis. + Travel arrangements – Coordinate Hotel and transfer reservations and prepare travel expense reports. Office operation + Reception - Support & hospitality for business partners, customers, and guest. + Liaison: Act as the liaison between building management and the company to ensure a fully functional office environment. + Office supplies management – Monitor and maintain stock levels for kitchen items, restrooms, and general office supplies. + Logistics management – Control incoming and outcoming documents and emails. Organize courier services, deliveries. IT-Support + Hardware Supplies Management – Monitor and maintain stock levels for equipment and accessories. + IT Intermediation - Liaise with the IT team in Madrid to resolve office-related issues. **PROFIL** + Valuable professional education or proven experience as administrative position. + A real team player who is open to inquiries from our employees, customers, and service providers. + Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail. + A friendly and service-oriented work attitude. + Proven experience in working with figures. + Digital competence with, for example, MS Teams or other Office applications. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in business German and Spanish, both oral and written.
