What You'll Be Doing

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machineryTroubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiencyWeld, fabricate, and assemble components as needed for plant operationsMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspectionsCollaborate with plant leadership to support safety and production goals

What Are We Looking For

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipmentProficiency in welding, cutting, and fabrication techniquesFamiliarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systemsCommitment to safety protocols and continuous improvementAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
