As **International Sales Manager** , you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across **Central America and Northern Latin America (Colombia & Venezuela)** . Reporting to the **Head of Latin America and Caribbean Markets** , you will lead sales efforts for **Codman Specialty Surgical and Regenerative Tissue Technologies** products, manage distributor relationships, and expand market opportunities. This is a key role in achieving ambitious sales targets (USD $7M) in a fast-growing region. **_Travel Requirement:_** _Remote (Based in Mexico) Up to_ **_80%_** _within_ **_Colombia, Venezuela, and Central America_** _._ **_Contract Type:_** _Full-time, Employee_ **Your Responsibilities** + Develop and implement **data-driven sales strategies** to achieve revenue goals. + Build and maintain strong relationships with **distributors, key clients, and stakeholders** . + **Lead, train, and motivate distributor networks** , ensuring high performance while identifying opportunities for optimization. + Collaborate with **marketing and senior management** to define strategic growth initiatives. + Work closely with **clinicians and healthcare professionals** to understand market needs and product effectiveness. + Analyze **market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights** to drive business decisions. + Align cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency. + Manage budgets and ensure compliance with corporate policies. + Foster a culture of **collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement** within the team. **What We're Looking For** **Essential Qualifications** + **Bachelor's degree** in Business, Science, or a related field. + **Sales experience** in the healthcare industry, preferably medical devices. + Strong **track record in sales leadership** , including coaching and mentoring teams. + Proven ability to **develop and execute strategic sales plans** in Latin America. + Fluent in **Spanish & English** (written and verbal). **Preferred Skills** + Experience working within **Colombia, Venezuela, and Central America** markets. + Strong knowledge of **regional healthcare industry trends** and distributor networks. + Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** and CRM software. + Self-motivated and results-driven, with a **hunter mentality** . + Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
