Summary

The individuals selected for this position are responsible for performing surveys, diagnostics, repair, and install beverage equipment. Always delivering an extraordinary customer service to all customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Knows and actively demonstrates, daily, our Company Mission Statement and our Core Values Correctly identifies product by sku, size, varietal, and rack bin location Drives a company vehicle in a safe manner to customer locations Maintain a good driving record Repairs, install and performs preventative maintenance on commercial beverage machines. Keep accurate inventory on vehicle and local branch location Make necessary notes on invoices to show variances changes, and out of stock products. Receives and handles payments from customers Maintain schedule calendars of equipment installs Should be able to work with and maintain smart phone, tablet, or laptop. Flexible Schedule nights and weekends Inform manager/lead of out of stocks or inventory variance on all items Assists in prep for inventory and assist in inventory process Practices teamwork and cooperation with coworkers Seeks to continually improve related skills and knowledge to contribute to profitability and productivity Undertakes responsibilities with care and attention to detail Should be able to stand for long periods while working on machines during a busy environment Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally in each shift Properly utilize a dolly and/or pallet jack Other projects as assigned by management Efficiently carrying out all the directives given by Management Team Working in accord with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA Should possess time management skills and be able to prioritizes tasks and meet the demands of the day Attendance and Timeliness is required.
