**What You’ll Be Doing:**
+ Ensure safety of all plant personnel, vendors, contractors, and visitors; manage safety and environmental processes to ensure compliance.
+ Manage and assist operators with plant equipment and processes to maintain efficient and continuous operations.
+ Oversee and assist with equipment preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime.
+ Manage shift schedules and coordinate manpower coverage with the Plant Manager and other Shift Supervisors.
+ Train new employees on safety, environmental policies, operational processes, preventative maintenance, and housekeeping standards.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
+ Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

**Conditions of Employment:**

Role operations primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
