What You'll Be Doing

Operates loader to perform various tasks such as customer loading and material handling.Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project specifications are met.Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

What Are We Looking For

Proven competency in operating front-end loaders and other heavy machinery.Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Physical capability to handle the demands of the job.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
