**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate a front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials efficiently and safely
+ Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
+ Monitor material inventory and communicate with team members to meet production goals
+ Maintain clean and organized yard conditions
+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
+ Strong awareness of safety practices and hazard recognition
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment inspections and minor maintenance
+ Effective communication skills and attention to detail
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
