What You'll Be Doing
Operate a front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials efficiently and safelyInspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safetyMonitor material inventory and communicate with team members to meet production goalsMaintain clean and organized yard conditionsFollow all safety protocols and company proceduresWhat Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environmentStrong awareness of safety practices and hazard recognitionAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic mechanical aptitude for equipment inspections and minor maintenanceEffective communication skills and attention to detailConditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testingWork Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.What We Offer
