What You'll Be Doing

Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.Coordinate with team members to optimize production efficiency.Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure operational readiness.Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.Prepare and present reports on operational performance.

What Are We Looking For

Experience in equipment operation and maintenanceExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using relevant software and technology.Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
