Description An international technology and manufacturing company is seeking a new attorney for their dynamic legal team. This company has a diverse portfolio of operations. This attorney will work on a close-knit team of three other attorneys and will handle commercial contracts. Responsibilities: + Handle commercial contracts + SaaS Agreements + Agreements related to developing digital products + Agreements for marketing initiatives + Addressing data privacy issues and providing advice on related matters + Identifying regulatory issues + Operating comfortably in a highly regulated space This company has a collaborative culture with almost nonexistent turnover.
