Job Description:

Your main role will be utilizing your clinical skills to complete utilization management reviews, including prior authorizations, coverage exceptions, and quantity limit exceptions. You will complete these reviews independently amongst a team of your peers and other pharmacy professionals.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct utilization management reviews such as prior authorizations, coverage exceptions, and quantity limit exceptions.Work independently within a team of pharmacy professionals.Meet monthly quality and productivity goals.Participate in potential training for specialized cases like oncology, hepatitis C, and other complex conditions.Possibly cross-train for other departments such as Medication Therapy Management (MTM) or Call Center Counseling (CCC).Skills & Qualifications:Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalentCurrent pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy in the State where the candidate is licensed.Previous PBM or Case/Care Management experience. Retail experience (ex: CVS, Walgreens, etc.) highly preferred or Hospital experienceProficient with learning new computer systems, basic IT troubleshooting, and using multiple monitors.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr.
