10769 - Software Engineer I – Digital Platforms Job Summary: We are hiring a Software Engineer I to support the development, maintenance, and modernization of enterprise web applications, working closely with the HQ software architect for intensive on-the-job training. This role will gain experience in modern web technologies, application performance monitoring, and DevOps practices while contributing to global and regional initiatives for digital platform modernization. Key Responsibilities: + Development and Maintenance: + Assist in developing and maintaining web applications for Dot.com and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). + Support legacy web app modernization efforts under mentorship. + Knowledge Transfer and Training: + Work closely with the HQ architect to understand existing architecture and global standards. + Actively participate in mentorship sessions, knowledge-sharing meetings, and technical workshops. + Integration and Collaboration: + Collaborate with local and HQ teams to implement global Consumer Channel Integration (CCI) initiatives. + Assist in database table design, tuning, and troubleshooting. + DevOps and CI/CD Support: + Gain hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. + Work with AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms for application deployment and monitoring. + Performance Monitoring and Security: + Learn and implement application performance monitoring using AppDynamics, AWS CloudWatch, and Site24x7. + Adhere to web security standards under guidance from the HQ architect.
