10771 - Senior Buyer (Procurement ) Purpose The Sr. Buyer will complete complex negotiations and purchasing functions and act as a guide and mentor to the junior members of the team, as well as liaison to HAEA business departments.  Manage and support the procurement activities for Hyundai AutoEver America and its Business Clients and provide purchasing information to the Client to support their business needs. Essential Functions + Negotiate pricing and delivery of IT Managed Services, Contingence Staffing, hardware, software, software maintenance and professional services. + Issue and administer request for proposal/quote (RFX) Process as necessary from creation to final award. + Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contract terms, manage supplier performance, and develop long-term partnerships to ensure optimal pricing and quality. + Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding their requirements and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. + Draft and negotiate complex contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. + May lead and mentor junior buyers, assigning tasks and providing guidance on procurement processes. + Support the Manager with workload assignments, manage incoming purchase requests, manage incoming supplier requests, and provide guidance to all on the process and procedures related to procurement.
