Responsibilities The seasonal onsite nurses will be responsible for administering seasonal flu shots to our clients. Qualifications Flexibility regarding shift hours including evening shifts and weekend shifts.Current LVN an RN or license in good standing, and free from restrictions6 months experience as a LVN or RNActive CPR/BLS Card Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.Valid driver’s license with clean driving recordAble to pass a criminal background check.Must be willing to answer qualifying vaccine questionnaire: 2 Negative TB Test/ Quantiferon (last 12 months), Varicella Vaccine or Proof of Disease history, MMR vaccine, Tdap vaccine (last 10 years), Hepatitis B Vaccine (3 dose series). Must be willing to provide vaccine proof or immunity report.
