**Introduction**
As a CSM, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving adoption, deployment and consumption, and growth of IBM software.
**Your role and responsibilities**
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, proactively managing customer relationships and addressing any issues or concerns related to the covered IBM Technology software offerings within scope.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and identify use cases, to develop tailored solutions to help them accelerate their adoption of IBM software.
* Conduct regular business reviews and provide recommendations to improve customer outcomes and drive revenue growth, focusing on technical aspects and modernization strategies.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IBM products and services, such as Red Hat OpenShift, watsonx, and IBM Cloud Paks.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system, ensuring that technical details and architectural decisions are well-documented.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of our customer success processes and strategies, with a focus on technical expertise and industry insights.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to customers, helping them make informed decisions about technology choices, industry trends, and best practices.
* Stay updated on the latest developments in the Hybrid Cloud and AI Platform and share relevant insights and knowledge with customers.
