As a company we value your contribution, we work with integrity, and we always put people first - so your impact really will change lives. **Kelly Services QA Supervisor is responsible for:** + Developing and implementing a quality strategy for top enterprise projects. + Designing and executing test plans (manual and automated) for ambiguous quality problem areas and complex test scenarios (e.g., architecture-level, product with many dependencies, inadequate test data, poor test environment, etc.) associated with new or existing products. Test plans may involve influencing and coordinating with other quality roles. + Working closely with product, development, operations, external partners, and customer service teams to ensure quality requirements are understood and met, and quality standards are enforced and maintained. + Providing guidance, mentorship and support to other quality roles. **Essential Skills:** + 7+ years of quality experience + Passion for building test solutions through automation, driven by innovation and commitment to lifelong learning. + Strong programming, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to disseminate complex ideas in a simplified plan of action. + Strong technical competency in an OOP language like Java, Java Script, Ruby, or C# or an expert in test automation tools like Selenium or other industry-leading toolsets. + Experience developing and influencing the development of automated framework(s) for enterprise-level functional and regression testing is preferable. + Working knowledge of Agile and iterative development processes is essential. + A plus is test-driven development (TDD) or behavior-driven development (BDD) using Gherkin languages like Cucumber.
