Will be talent’s dedicated point of escalation; assists with problem resolution; coordinates assistance with Recruiting Administrators and any applicable onsite client engagement teams as necessary. (payroll, benefits, end date management, and general assignment inquiries, work site changes, etc.). **Responsibilities:** + Collaborates with recruiting and sales resources to ensure opportunities for business and talent networks are expanded. + Take initiative to identify and respond to opportunities for improvement in the product talent experiences and assignments. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma is required (a Bachelor’s degree is a plus). + 2-3 years’ experience within fast paced environments is preferred (product recruiting/sourcing role, onsite talent advisor, HR advisor, etc).
