As Associate Key Account Director, you will lead a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious financial goals, encompassing large accounts and mid-sized markets. You will be instrumental in developing and nurturing key client relationships, leveraging the comprehensive suite of IQVIA offerings to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving substantial revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire a sales team to consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets within assigned accounts or territories.Business Development: Formulate and implement innovative strategies for contract expansion and the acquisition of new business opportunities.Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain relationships with key executives and decision-makers, positioning IQVIA as a trusted partner.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales specialists, consulting, and client services) to effectively promote the full portfolio of products and services.Team Development: Ensure the sales team is optimally staffed, trained, and deployed to maximize market coverage and effectiveness.Account Planning: Develop and oversee comprehensive account plans, adapting strategies to incorporate new products/services and evolving business conditions.Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced data insights and data services to shape sales strategies and deliver tailored client solutions.Minimum Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required.10+ years of progressive experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success.Extensive experience in the health sector is essential.Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing complex processes, projects, and tactics across multiple departments.Skills and Abilities:
Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.Advanced interpersonal and negotiation skills.Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver compelling presentations.
