Sigma Defense is seeking a Ballistic Missile Defense Operations SME with extensive Ballistic Missile Defense and technical management experience to join our team in San Diego, CA.

The ideal candidate is a former Surface Warfare Officer/Limited Duty Officer who has at least 5 years of experience on capabilities and limitations of AEGIS weapons system baselines. Experience with planning and executing BMD/IAMD operations or planning and executing similar BMD/IAMD training. Qualified Aegis BMD Tactical Action Officer or similar Air Defense qualification.

We need the rare skill set in Ballistic Missile Defense training configuration, operation, maintenance, and management that you have developed through your Naval Careers to assist the TTPG team in executing their mission of providing tactical training to ships in the basic phase through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST).
