We’re seeking an experienced Service Engineer,  to join our team.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rishon Lezion.

 

Responsibilities

 

Execute service activities on technical equipment, including installation, maintenance, and repairs. Maximize equipment performance to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop skills through training on company products, serving as a technical resource. Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and expense claims. Stay updated on technological developments. Collaborate with sales teams to meet business needs. Comply with training and safety standards. Maintain accurate parts inventory records.

 

Requirements

 

at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role. Environment/Working Conditions:
Field service role with physical demands and specific equipment use. Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office. Proficiency in English for training and technical documentation. Leadership qualities and project management skills. Driving Licence-Must.
