Summary

The individuals selected for this position are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the facility in excellent conditions for all associates and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Knows and actively demonstrates, daily, our Company Mission Statement and our Core Values Efficiently carrying out all the directives given by Management Team (sense of urgency) Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming Clean windows and mirrors Clean, disinfect, and supply restrooms Remove waste and empty trash Routing 2hr disinfecting and sterilizing all facility Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies Organize janitorial storage areas Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance Handle basic maintenance building repairs and other janitorial work Practices teamwork and cooperation with coworkers Seeks to continually improve related skills and knowledge to contribute to profitability and productivity Undertakes responsibilities with care and attention to detail Working in accord with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA Attendance and Timeliness is required.
