Are you an experienced manual tester ready to take the next step as a Tech Lead? Do you have 5+ years in QA and a strong background in crafting detailed STP, STD, and STR documents? We're looking for a passionate individual with expertise in QA methodologies to lead our testing approach and drive quality excellence for our teams in the technology industry!

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rishon Lezion

 

Responsibilities

 

Define, implement, and lead QA methodologies to ensure top-notch quality across projects.

Guide and mentor a team, sharing your expertise in manual testing.

Design and execute STP, STD, and STR documents to set and maintain high standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance QA processes and strategies.

Foster a quality-focused mindset and lead initiatives to improve testing efficiency.

 

Requirements

 

5+ years of hands-on experience** in manual testing. Proven experience in writing detailed STP, STD, and STR documents. A proactive leader is eager to step into a **Tech Lead role**. Strong understanding of QA best practices and methodologies. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
