Qualitest is growing and we are looking for our next EHS Manager to join our team in Rehovot!

 

Job Description:

 

Manage site operations, including facilities, maintenance, and infrastructure.

Implement EHS policies, ensuring safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility.

Lead engineering teams, manage preventive maintenance for cleanroom machinery (WFI, Bio Reactor systems), and update maintenance procedures.

Oversee tenant services, monitor KPIs, and ensure service alignment with business needs.

Manage insurance programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Lead operational activities (permits, security, janitorial, pest control) and EHS strategies.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet service and compliance goals.

 

Job Requirements:

 

5+ years of team and project management experience.

Proven Facility Manager with budget management and planning skills.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in global organizations and working with diverse teams.

Fluent in English; willing to travel within Israel.
