We’re looking for a talented Senior account manager to join our team in Petah Tikva!
As an Account Manager – Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design and execution of our projects in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Your primary responsibilities will include business development activities and the outstanding delivery of our HCLS projects to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and effective solutions that align with their needs and objectives while contributing to the growth of the HCLS sector. This highly specialized role demands a strong professional understanding and experience in the pharmaceutical domain, along with a combination of strategic thinking, the ability to manage a variety of projects, a business development mindset, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Requirements
Management experience overseeing a group of at least 50 employees and managers. At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device services sectors. Proven experience as an Account Manager (at least 4 years), in sales, or in similar roles within the pharmaceutical or medical domain. Experience in writing and submitting proposals, tenders, and RFPs to HCLS sector organizations. Technical/IT orientation and an understanding of IT terminology and concepts. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, or business). Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience in a service-oriented company is an advantage. Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
