We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage purchase orders, track procurement processes, and support supply chain operations
This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Haifa \ Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities
working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and Google stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and efficient handling of procurement-related tasks Purchase Order Management Release planned orders for designated commodities through Google’s Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure purchase order commitments, shipping, and on-time delivery Demand Planning: Monitor demand fluctuations and collaborate with suppliers to adjust, cancel, or reschedule orders as needed Procurement Tracking & Reporting: Manage procurement processes, track order statuses, open tickets, and generate daily/weekly reports Stakeholder Communication: Partner with operations and management teams to resolve escalations and communicate results Process Optimization: Support quarterly activities such as Excess and Obsolescence (E&O) reviews, lead time updates, and process improvements.Ticketing & KPI Management Respond to requests via the ticket system, ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and proactively resolving process issues Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvement initiatives to enhance procurement and supply chain efficiency.
Requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Excel and data analysis Good English skills (written and verbal) Ability to manage complex procurement processes and navigate bureaucracy efficiently Experience in technical procurement or supply chain management is an advantage
