Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesSupport of end-to-end solution from creating designs for our products in our 3D Mechanical CAD systems (Creo and Inventor) until releasing it in our global PLM System (Teamcenter)Provide tier 2 support (troubleshooting and resolving issues) in close collaboration with the power users (tier 1) in the units.Identify areas for improvement with regards to functionalities, performance, automation, user friendliness and robustness of the solutions Contribute to the evolution of the global process template, design guidelines and design quality checks, collaborating with Product Owner, Solution Architect and Business Analyst.Support with the installation of MCAD applications incl. integrations with Teamcenter to the end user clientsMaintain the necessary documentation to make the power users self-sufficient  (i.e. user manual, process documentation).Maintain and execute test scripts.Support enhancement and upgrade projects during all phases until delivery to production.Execute user training for new functionalities and refresh trainings.What You Need to SucceedBachelor degree in engineering or equivalent education.Good knowledge of the following toolsPLM systems (Siemens Teamcenter is a plus)Good knowledge of CAD for mechanical systems (preferred PTC Creo, Autodesk Inventor is a plus)Experience with change management processes (CMII , ITIL or similar )Ability to communicate across different teams (i.e., R&D, Operations)Independent, accurate way of working and understanding of complex processes and interdependencies, high problem solving ability.Experience as project manger is a plusExcellent team player capabilities and communication skills in local language as well as in englishResponsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends.Travel requirements (including intercontinental) up to 20%.Our Offer to YouCompetitive compensation & benefit packagePossibility to work in an international environment with multicultural teamInteresting and challenging career in a successful leading global organizationTrainings and professional developmentAbout Mettler ToledoMETTLER TOLEDO is a global leader in precision instruments and services.
