Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive production plans that align with customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity.Monitor and adjust plans in real-time to respond to changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, and other unforeseen events.Digital Transformation: Utilize digital tools and technologies to improve planning accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness.Implement and optimize digital solutions for demand forecasting, inventory management, and production scheduling.Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators such as OTD, ITO, and inventory turnover.Identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable plans to enhance performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on planning objectives and strategies.Communicate planning status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in planning and digital transformation.Lead initiatives to improve planning processes, tools, and systems.What You Need to SucceedEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning or supply chain management within the manufacturing industry.Proven experience in leveraging digital tools and technologies to drive performance improvements.Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including ERP systems, data analytics software, and project management tools.Fluent in English listening, speaking, and writing.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Attributes: A passion for driving efficiency and performance improvements.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Our Offer to YouCompetitive compensation & benefit packagePossibility to work in an international environment with multicultural teamInteresting and challenging career in a successful leading global organizationTrainings and professional developmentAbout Mettler ToledoMETTLER TOLEDO is a global leader in precision instruments and services.
