Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: Dedicated to major global strategic projects, contributing to the technological development of future-focused load cell, terminal and scale solutions that improve our customer’s productivity; Design and develop hardware for load cells and terminals that support high-speed communication technologies; Responsible for hardware circuit design, including high-speed signal processing, power management, and communication interface modules; Debug and optimize hardware circuits to ensure stable and reliable implementation of high-speed communication protocols; Collaborate with software engineers to develop integrated hardware-software solutions; Participate in system architecture design for high-speed communication networks and support network debugging; Develop and execute hardware testing plans, analyze issues, and propose improvements; Research and apply emerging high-speed communication hardware technologies to provide innovative solutions. What You Need to SucceedEducational BackgroundMaster’s degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related fields. (Must)Professional SkillsExperienced software engineering with proven track record, at minimum senior level (MUST).Familiarity with high-speed communication technologies such as TSN; relevant hardware design experience is preferred (MUST).Proficient in analog and digital circuit design, with expertise in high-speed signal processing and EMC design (MUST).Skilled in using hardware design tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, or similar software; Knowledge of embedded hardware design and communication interfaces (MUST). Strong debugging skills and ability to work closely with software teams to achieve system goals (MUST).Proficient in spoken and written English for collaboration in global team (MUST).Project management experience, capable of leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution (PLUS).Familiarity with Business Agility principles and the SAFe framework (PLUS).Personal QualitiesStrong team spirit and dedicated work ethic (MUST).Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to collaborate effectively across different functions (MUST).
