1st Janitorial (Floor tech) Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$14.50 to $15.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift

Light Janitorial Work:

Sweep, mop, vacuum floorsDust and wipe surfacesClean restrooms and refill suppliesEmpty trash and recyclingClean windows and mirrorsSpot clean walls and baseboardsMaintain break rooms and kitchen areas

Heavy Janitorial Work:

Deep clean high-traffic areas (BUFFING, WAXING, STRIPPING)Clean vents, light fixtures, and hard-to-reach areasHandle heavy-duty cleaning (restrooms, industrial spaces)Disinfect large or specialized areas Lift and move furniture for cleaningAssist with special or seasonal cleaning projects

Floor Tech Duties:

STRIP AND WAX floorsBUFF floors for shineMaintain floor equipment

1st Janitorial (Floor tech) Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred (but not required)Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper handling, and safety measures  and theAbility to lift up to 50 lbs (for heavy janitorial work)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesValid Drivers License Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
