As a Junior specialist you'll be:

Providing first-level support using our ticketing tool based on clear guidelines. Executing follow-up actions on operational data changes as needed. Categorizing requirements to streamline processes. Handling simple and frequent requests independently. Analyzing data flows to troubleshoot and solve issues effectively.

What We're Looking For?

Fluent in English, both written and verbal (German is a plus!) Strong communication skills to interact across diverse teams. Quick learning ability to adapt to new challenges. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks smartly.
