Your Role Responsible to process and resolve first level support and/or set up requests related to any of the Air Logistics operational systems in use and/or any of the local applications in place, by following validated support working instructions or specific guidelines in cooperation with the corporate or national air logistics process & system teams and the other KNGS support team. Your Responsibilities Air Logistics applications maintenance and set up (ad hoc or recurring) and related system testing
