* Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing support and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft Business Central.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot user queries, escalating complex issues to 2nd line support when necessary.
* Assist clients with system configurations, basic customizations, and updates.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure timely resolution of issues and high client satisfaction.
* Document support cases and maintain accurate records in our support system.
* Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Microsoft Business Central.



Skills and Experience Required:

* Understanding of Microsoft Business Central or ERP systems
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A proactive and customer-focused approach to issue resolution.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* IT qualifications or certifications are a plus but not essential.
