Read blueprints and follow instructions. Investigate quality problems and conflicts in routing, inspection instructions and blueprints.  Maintain a safe workplace for self and fellow team members via compliance of safety policies and procedures.  Produce product in timely manner while following all Quality system requirements  Strong verbal and written communication.  Ability to read and interpret blue prints.  Capable of proficiency on all types of equipment and setup of equipment used in work cell within 60 days of hire  Proficient in all types of equipment and setup of  Proficient in all aspects of paperwork for the area within 30 days.  Ability to train team members.  Utilize Lean tools and be active particpant in Lean events and High Performance Teams.  Participate in 5S activities per Manager request.  Troubleshoot problems as they arise; Strong problem solving skills.  Must be able to work and thrive in Team environment.  Must be able to work overtime when required including weekends.  Other assignments as assigned by Management. MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS:  Citizenship: US Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien  Education: High School Diploma or equivalent  Vision: 20/25 vision corrected or uncorrected  Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing environment  Communication: For safety and quality, must be able to read, write & understand English  Mechanical Aptitude: Medium  Strong Math skills – three digit addition and subtraction, multiple digit multiplication and division. Converting fractions to decimals.
