Adecco is partnering with a local client in Mayville, Wisconsin to find reliable assembly workers on 1st shift.
**Pay:** $18 to $20+ (Based on Experience)
**Shift:** Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm (OT may extend end time to 3:30pm and/or include work on Saturdays)

**Overview**
The Assembler, reporting to the Assembly Manager, is responsible for assembling parts and subassemblies to create components for products.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists, and gathering necessary tools and materials.
+ Position and assemble parts using templates or measurements, ensuring correct fit.
+ Verify component specifications through measurement and resolve assembly issues.
+ Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
+ Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to safety standards.
+ Monitor and manage supplies inventory, placing and expediting orders as needed.
+ Complete production and quality documentation, contributing to team goals.
+ Comply with corporate and plant safety standards and other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Experience in a technical environment (light electrical or heavy equipment assembly preferred).
+ Strong math, blueprint reading, and torque value knowledge.
+ Forklift experience and familiarity with Lean manufacturing processes.
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
+ High school diploma or GED, with attention to detail, self-motivation, and multitasking ability.
+ Good finger and hand dexterity.
**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
