JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing staff: Scheduling, coordinating, and training new staff members   

Ensuring cleanliness: Overseeing the cleaning crew to ensure all areas are clean and orderly 

Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation policies 

Monitoring performance: Monitoring staff performance and providing feedback 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to read, understand and follow written and verbal work instructions in English.  Communication – ability to communicate verbally or non-verbally. Must be able to lift minimum of 50 pounds. Ability to perform a standing job for 12 consecutive hours. Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, reach
