**Forklift Operator (1st Shift) - Maumee, Ohio** Adecco is excited to be recruiting a 1st Shift Forklift Operator in the Maumee, Ohio area. This role involves using a forklift to pick and pack products for shipment, ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse. **Pay:** $18.00 per hour **Shift:** 1st shift **Key Responsibilities:** + Safely organize and move products to designated areas. + Perform shipping and receiving functions. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment. + Handle customer orders and returns promptly. + Re-stock products and receive shipments from suppliers. + Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, efficiently and safely. + Process warehouse transactions through the computer system. + Print internal and customer labels as needed. + Communicate effectively with team members and other Raymond locations. **Qualifications:** + 1-3 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience. + Forklift experience required (Must pass the Adecco Forklift Assessment with a score of 80% or higher). + Familiarity with inventory control systems, 6S, and Kanban is a plus. + Knowledge of ISO/TS16949 and quality inspection standards is beneficial. + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. + High school diploma or equivalent required.
