* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
* Basic knowledge of gluing techniques and materials
* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials
**Nice to Have Skills**
* Experience with hot glue guns and rollers
* Familiarity with foam materials and their properties
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
* Experience with nail guns (specifically nail guns for foam or corrugated materials)
**Preferred Education and Experience**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Experience with manual labor and repetitive tasks
* Ability to work in a warehouse or production environment
* Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
