Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm)Operate machines to produce high-quality parts according to specificationsInspect finished parts for accuracy and quality assurancePerform basic machine maintenance and troubleshootingRead work orders and follow production guidelinesWork efficiently to meet daily production goalsMaintain a clean and organized workspace1st Shift Machine Operator Qualifications:
Prior machine operating experience preferred (but not required!)Strong attention to detail for quality controlAbility to read work orders and follow instructionsComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWillingness to learn and grow with the company Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
