1st Shift Management Coordinator

**BASIC FUNCTION:** Provides support to customer service and shipping departments to process, expedite and manage orders for shipment. As well as other clerical duties.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:**
1. Monitors OCD to OTD.
2. Troubleshoots and assists with problems whenever shipping operators cannot process orders.
3. Expedites orders through carriers to customers to ensure on-time delivery.
4. Maintains pick tickets and makes needed adjustments as needed.
5. Sorts and organizes pick plans.
6. Coordinates, schedules, and monitors carrier pickups with shipping department.
7. Releases orders to meet customer demand to the shipping department.
8. Traces and expedites hot customer service orders.
9. Manages and coordinates all shipping maintenance and PM processes.
10. Works with customer service to ensure timely delivery and service to customers.
11. Answers customer concerns and addresses problems as identified.
12. Maintains daily on-time and fill rate information for shipping department.
13. Acts as a customer service representative for the DC
14. Makes and maintains bar code labels for shipping areas.
15. Must be able to work flexible schedules as needed.
16. Performs other duties as assigned.
**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Experienced in computer usage.
+ Knowledge and experience in shipping procedures.
+ Knowledge of carrier operations
+ Experience in the use of excel spreadsheets.
+ Must be able to analyze data and make decisions as needed.
+ Must be able to interact with the customer service department and customers to resolve issues.
**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
