**MECHANICAL ASSEMBLERS**
Our client, a globally recognized leading designer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art power distribution solutions, is **RAPIDLY GROWING** and expanding their team!
This is an excellent opportunity for **experienced electronic assemblers** and **mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working on cars** and are looking to advance their careers.
**$20.00 - $22.00**
1 st Shift 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Interpreting work orders, diagrams, and wire lists to identify materials needed in sequencing assembly
+ Installing larger power wires, including retrieving, crimp lugging and heat sleeve shrinking
+ Performing quality inspection of parts, materials, and assemblies
+ Communicating/documenting with supervision as required
**Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Assembly in a manufacturing environment or transferrable mechanical experience
+ Must have the ability to read assembly drawings and follow direction
+ Ability to use hand tools & wire crimpers
+ Ability to handle intricate parts
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Ability to navigate an array of computer programs is preferred but not required
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to lift and handle heavy parts up to 30 lbs.
+ Must be able to stand for extended time periods, up to the entire eight-hour shift
+ Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, or climb a stepladder while working
+ Must be able to reach above and forward at least 18 inches
+ Must possess hand dexterity and install small hardware
+ Must have good vision to inspect parts and assemblies
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Ability to navigate an array of computer programs is preferred but not required
