Summary Description
Put together equipment, help with line set up, blow out plugs with airline hoseWeigh rework and record information on proper documentation. Take empty used carts directly to cart wash for washing.Maintain a steady flow of product into the stuffer to minimize down time.Assist on the line when possible to help reduce down time.Communicate with Processing Machine Operator and line personnel to reduce the amount of preventable rejected product.Take apart equipment at the end of run for sanitation crew.Wash equipment as needed for product changeovers.Other typical processing duties.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Follow our color code system in regard to food safety.Turn in paper work at the end of the day to the correct personOther duties as assigned by supervisor or managerJob Requirements
