Welcoming and assisting both hotel guests and external customers from their arrival until they are seated in the different dining outlets.
Responsible for greeting, seating, and bidding farewell to guests in the restaurant outlets.
Managing, registering, and confirming reservations for the F&B department through the hotel's reservation management system.
Monitoring capacity and guest flow in the terrace/bar.
Checking menus to ensure they are updated, clean, well-stocked, and wrinkle-free.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the day, following proper cleaning procedures.
Encouraging upselling.
Communicating effectively with F&B department managers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Recording and relaying customer feedback to the managers on duty.
Minimum Qualification: Higher or Intermediate Vocational Training
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Professional Category: Employee
Residence: Province of the vacancy
Education: Hospitality and/or Tourism Accommodation Management
Experience: At least 2 years in customer service roles in 4/5 hotels or restaurants**
High level of English
