Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks using Production Equipment to ensure steady workflow.

Ensure a high-quality product is coming off the machine.

Conduct quality checks to ensure boxes have required dimensions and zero material defects.

Lead machine crew with setups/change overs, etc.

Problem solves when issues with the machine arise.

Complete necessary reports.

Other duties as assigned.

 

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or GEDAuthorized to work in the U.S.Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.Good communication skills and willingness to learn.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Works well alone or in a team environmentPositive safety attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Corrugated packaging environment experiencePrior experience in operating corrugated packaging production equipmentPrior manufacturing environment experience

 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
 Ability to perform assigned work, both mentally and physically, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment safely and to production expectations.
