2 Project Manager III
Job Title: Project Manager IIIJob Description As an individual contributor, this role exercises considerable judgment to make decisions in managing projects in accordance with established processes and procedures and provides recommendations to address various groups both within divisions as well as across divisions. Responsibilities + Provide professional support across the Enterprise PMO team. + Develop, make recommendations, and maintain project plans, charters, and schedules that support customer needs. + Partner with the sponsor or Sr. PM to create alignment and define the project business objectives, measurable benefits, success criteria, scope, deliverables, and constraints impacting project delivery. + Monitor project schedule, cost, and progress to ensure projects are completed on time and fulfill the objectives of the project charter. + Communicate project status to participants and stakeholders in writing as well as in formal presentations. + Distill complex ideas into clear, concise communications and customize messages to the audience. + Create project scorecards and contribute to executive-level reporting. + Lead teams in project execution and ensure the project follows established company project management methodologies and standards. + Organize meetings with various work teams to collect and disseminate project information, plan and schedule tasks and resources, generate timelines, and structure a process for consensus and individual commitment for deliverables. + Identify and communicate any unresolved complex problems or possible timeline issues along with recommended actions for correction. + Advise sponsors and teams on best practices, explore alternatives, and guide projects and teams to success. + Independently ensure project methodology, documents, and processes are followed. + Work in any area of the company’s business as the need arises. + Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors for project success. + Serve as a tactical thought partner for sponsors and teams on effective project execution. Essential Skills + Project management + Change management + PMP certification + Proficiency with Smartsheet and Sharepoint + 4 years of experience in project/change management + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree + Demonstrated aptitude to independently manage projects and manage multiple objectives/tasks + Ability to positively influence project outcomes using an analytical approach and instilling a sense of urgency in the project team to complete work on time + Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business and technology groups + Proven success leading project efforts to completion + Ability to identify problems and collaboratively develop alternatives for resolution Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent + Minimum age of 18 + Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Work Environment This role operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring 3 days onsite at the office located in McGee Building, 20313 28th Avenue S, SeaTac, Washington, 98198, United States, and 3 days remote.
