What you need

College graduate/College levelCan work OnsiteWilling to work in GY or Shifting SchedulesMust have an experience handling customer service or sales programs etcStrong analytical, problem solving and general troubleshooting skillsAbility to communicate technical issues in non-technical termsAble provide customer and technical support to customers through inbound phone, chat and email requests

 

What will you be doing?

Review and analyze program performance to determine program needsApprove personnel activities concerning hiring, training, development and performance managementProvide written performance appraisalsAct when necessary as a problem solving escalation pointMeet forecasted or budgeted financial targets including occupancy and bill-to-pay percentageIdentify and oversees program/problem resolutionMaximize potential of subordinates through coaching, development and effective performance management methodsTrack client issues and maintains client correspondence and issue resolutionSupport Results’ goals by implementing and facilitating processes that promote continuous improvement, resulting in improved service quality and/or reduced operating expenses.
