If you are interested in this position, please apply to this requisition. **主要工作职责** + 预测未来产能需求，计算需求与现有产能的差，制定并评价规划产能扩张方案； + 负责设计与优化生产区域布局，改善生产效率，增加空间利用率； + 密切跟踪并采取必要的行动，以确保计划的按时完成； + 快速响应客户的需求，包括紧急产品调控，报表制度，优先级安排等； + 当出现了不可预期的风险，需与其它部门协调来解决问题 (工程部，物流，质量管理等)； + 根据未来高需求产品的要求，密切与工程部门合作，基于当前生产机台能力，进行产能优化； + 制定短期（年度产能/成本计划） 生产机台计划，长期（三年计划）生产机台计划； + 确实跟踪机台订单交付，安装，交付至生产。 **我们在寻找** + 2025.10~2026年毕业生，本科及以上，理工科专业，工业工程，物流等专业优先； + 积极主动地处理问题，并且达成目标。 + 较强的时间管理能力，保证项目按时完成 + 较强的分析能力； + 对工作富有热情和以及强烈的责任感； + 与他人和其他部门较强的合作沟通能力 + 中英文表达能力； + 熟悉Office, SQL, ODBC等操作与应用优先。
