Texas Instruments is looking for an organized and analytical individual to fulfill a P2P (Purchase to Payment) Intern opportunity. During this internship, you will be in one of below three roles. **_Account Payable（应收账款专员）_** 应收账款专员负责管理发票和供应商付款事宜，确保遵循公司政策和流程的同时，与供应商、采购、物流、财务等部门紧密合作。主要职责包括审核、验证并录入发票，完成系统匹配后支付，并妥善处理发票差异及问题，确保符合税务要求和付款合规性。此外，专员需分析付款及时性，优化流程，解决延迟或超期付款问题，并编制相关月度报告。同时协助月底结算，提供审计支持，并通过持续学习提升工作效率。 **_Purchasing Coordinator（采购协调员）_** 采购协调员负责支持北亚地区的采购及供应链活动，确保遵守公司政策并优化采购流程。协调供应商与物流、质量、财务等部门的工作，解决采购过程中出现的问题，同时收集并反馈供应商绩效。具体工作包括审核采购申请单的准确性，创建SAP系统订单，确认交货时间表，确保按时交付，并解决订单、发票及收货差异。通过日常活动积累经验，不断提出改进建议，以提高效率并优化流程。 **_Expense Statement (差旅费用稽核）_** **Why TI?** + Engineer your future.
