About the Role

University students who are curious about insurance industry, open-minded to accept new challenges, able to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Internship Period: 9 June 2025 to 15 August 2025

The purpose of our 10-weeks programme is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.

What you will learn and develop:

Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Group Strategy, you may be involved in

Evaluating key industry developments and emerging trends relevant to AIA’s strategySupporting strategic analysis and execution on key initiatives for the Group across areas such as Life insurance, Healthcare, Wealth and Asset Management, and Impact DeliveryParticipating in strategic problem-solving, including assessing the progress and result for existing initiatives, developing and testing hypotheses for new growth opportunities and value pools, facilitating customer segmentation and profiling analysis, support the delivery of key initiativesSupporting the development of business cases and presentations

What you will need:

Students from all background and field of study who are in your penultimate year of studyExcellent teammate and curious learner, with a can-do attitudeAbility to multi-task, quick to adapt and able to work in fast paced work environmentStrong command of written and spoken English and ChineseStrong digital literacy required, proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
